Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gwireless Repairs.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Our Turn Around Time:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

We Use The Following Carriers To Deliver Our Orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order & if you decide not to purchase you can cancel it out.

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Gwireless Repairs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Gwireless Repairs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Gwireless Repairs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

We currently do not ship outside the U.S

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, we're here to help

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned with no scratches or wear & tear.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase even in the case there is a manufacturer defect.

to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

 Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt & Returns Department Tracking # .

Return Exceptions:

items that state there is no refunds can not be returned no exceptions.

Items that state that they can be returned must be returned within the allowed time to be excepted. Merchandise that has looks worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges:

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
